Cheese Berries Clafoutis

Makanan bule.. wekekekeke...

Tapi eike doyan soalnya acem acem gurih. Bikinnya juga gampaaang tinggal aduk semua jadi satu.

Clafoutis sendiri menurut Mbah Wiki adalah hidangan sepinggan panggang tradisional dari Prancis. Udah dari sononya hidangan ini pake buah-buahan seperti cherry atau berbagai jenis berry. Ada juga yang memakai plum, peach, pear, atau apel.

Berbeda dengan Cobbler, hidangan yang mirip-mirip ala negeri Mamang Sam, clafoutis ini teksturnya basah, padat, dan berat. Kalo cobbler masih ada tekstur crunchy nya dari topping yang mirip sama kulit pie.

Resepnya dari Easy Baking. Saya modif dengan menambahkan cream cheese dan parutan keju.

Oiya buat yang suka acem-acem kayak saya sih gak masyalah pake tobeli Indonesia yang emang udah dari sononya acem. Tapi kalo gak suka, bisa diganti dengan beberapa jenis berries seperti cranberries, blackberry (jangan yang bisa dipake nelpon), blueberry atau raspberry. Atau pake buah-buahan seperti apel, pear, plum juga bisa.




Cheese Berries Clafoutis
Modified from Blueberry Clafoutis - Easy Baking

25 gr butter + extra for greasing
125 gr caster sugar
3 eggs
60 gr plain flour
200 ml single cream
50 gr cream cheese
450 gr mixed berries --> saya pake tobeli, blackberry, raspberry, sama anggur bali (heu? :D)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
50 gr grated cheddar cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 180'C/350'F. Grease a 1 litre ovenproof dish.
  • Put the butter and cream cheese in a bowl with caster sugar, whisk together until fluffy.
  • Add the eggs, beat well together.
  • Mix the flour, the gradually stir in the cream, the cinnamon.
  • Arrange the berries in the base of prepared dish, then pour over the batter.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until puffed and golden.
  • Serve with icing sugar and whipped cream.

iya Mir, Avi pengen dibikinin nih, blom mood aja....he he..mumpung summer nih bnyk berries...:D
