Creamy Apple Pie

Try to post this recipe from Blogger application for iPhone, which is way too small for iPad. But it's part of killing time anyway... I hate waiting just like everybody.

It's basically a regular apple pie with a creamy sensation. Spontanious sometimes makes perfect. :)

You can use any pie crust recipe you liked. For the filling here's something you can try :

3 granny smith Apples, peeled and sliced
1 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 cloves
1 tbsp lemon juice

Mix well all the ingredients until the apples all covered.

1/2 cup double cream
1/2 cup milk
1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

1/2 cup cheddar cheese roughly grated

Mix all the ingredients except cheddar cheese.

Arrange half of the apples into the prepared pie crust. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, pour the creamy batter, put the rest of the apples and cheddar cheese, then pour all creamy batter.

Bake in the preheated oven 160'C until golden brown.
